Commercial HVAC Technician

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician for a full-time role in Chandler, Arizona. This position focuses on commercial air conditioning troubleshooting and repair, preventive HVAC maintenance, refrigerant handling and leak detection, and electrical diagnostics and controls. Compensation is $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Handle refrigerants and detect refrigerant leaks.
• Diagnose electrical issues and work with HVAC controls.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC and refrigeration.
• Valid drivers license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Experience or skills in commercial air conditioning troubleshooting and repair.
• Skills in preventive HVAC maintenance, refrigerant handling and leak detection, and electrical diagnostics and controls.
• HVAC technical training preferred.
